One you’ve installed the app and set up your account, you don’t need to log in to the app every time. However, if you happen to become logged out, please follow these steps:
Select the ‘Log in’ button.
Enter your secret phrase (we warned you to keep it somewhere safe for a time like this!).
Hint: You can enter your secret phrase by simply copying and pasting it from wherever you keep it. Then click the ‘Next’ button.Enter you PIN code once, then confirm and enter it again.
Wait until your account has been re-loaded.
