You can report a bug or issue by sending us an email at support@sylo.io or using the in-app support function. To use the in-app support function, follow these steps:
- Go to the ‘Profile’ page by tapping the icon on the bottom right of the app’s main screen.
- Select ‘Give us feedback’.
- Choose whether you’d like to leave general feedback or report a problem. If you’d like to receive our response on the issue, please leave your email address.
