You can report a bug/issue by sending us an email at support@sylo.io or using the in-app support function. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the ‘Profile’ page by tapping the icon on the bottom right of the app’s main screen. 

  2. Select ‘Feedback or Report’. 

  3. Choose whether you’d like to leave general feedback or report a problem. If you’d like to receive our response on the issue, please leave your email address. Note: This is optional and we do not require your details of any kind to receive your feedback.
